LoHi

LoHi or lower Highlands is bounded by I25 and Zuni and Speer Blvd and 38th Ave has quickly become one of the hottest places to live and work in Denver. Its proximity to Downtown, a buzzing nightlife, and some of the city’s best new restaurants have incited some to affectionately call the hood “HiDo”. Perched on a rare hill in Denver LoHi residents have great views of the city and the mountains. The neighborhood is an eclectic mix of victorian and turn of the century architecture mixed with higher density modern condos, townhomes, and apartments. Neighborhood restaurants, shops, boutiques, coffee shops, and craft brewers abound. There is no shortage of things to do here.
