About

Inhabit is led by me, Aaron Graybill and has emerged from my diverse background in business, design, remodeling, and real estate investing. There are a few qualities that I consider essential to being an excellent Realtor.  Integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, are essential to providing the best possible service while putting my clients first. Possibly the most important quality and the one that makes all the other qualities effective is listening to my clients and understanding who they are and what they need.

Here’s a little background about me…

I earned my BS in Earth Science and Environmental Education from Penn State University. After graduating in the summer of 2002 my wife and I moved across the country to Colorado. We rented an apartment for a year in Lakewood and I began my teaching career in Aurora Public Schools. The next year we rented a house in the Baker Neighborhood and fell in love with living in Denver. The next year we bought our first house and a puppy. We gutted, remodeled, and restored our bungalow, rented the basement out and my interest in real estate was firmly rooted.

After teaching for 3 years I decided to get out of teaching I started a remodeling company, dabbled in fix and flipping, and shortly after launched a concrete design and fabrication company. My first studio was in the heart of the Five Points neighborhood – which has since blossomed incredibily with the development of the RINO arts district. Being in the design/fabrication industry and working with some of the most talented designers, architects, and residential and commercial builders in the city has truly been formative for me. That growth through osmosis and experience of working with so many talented people has shaped my habits on marketing, communication, helping clients, business operations, and design influence. After 5 “character building” years I sold my business to launch in a full time real estate career and the choice has proven to be a good fit.

One of my favorite things about my design business was meeting with clients, hearing what they wanted and working collaboratively to find a solution that fits their needs. To me this is the crux of being a real estate professional.

Enough about me. I’d love to hear more about YOU and what YOUR real estate needs are.
